The vast majority of dogs have a better groom when left with us as they tend to be relaxed and not rely on their Mum or Dad to be there.
On the rare occasion where it would be better for you to be present then we will contact you. We have your details and will give you advance notification when the groom is about to be completed so you can come and collect them.
This will always depend on the type of dog you have and the type of lifestyle they lead. Generally it is better for your dog if they come every 6-8 weeks. Dogs that are double coated, will drop their coats at different times but coming into the studio every 3 months will help remove any loose hair build up and help them prepare for the changes in seasons.
You will find that together we will find a schedule that suits you.
You should bring them after 12 weeks and once they have been fully vaccinated.

If your dog walks regularly especially on a pavement this helps to naturally file their nails, however we will still check your dog’s nails and address any issues.
If you do want to cut your dogs nails you must be very careful as a dog’s nail has a quick inside and this is a vein. If you cut this then you will cause extreme pain for your dog and bleeding. It is far better to allow us to do this for you.
Yes of course, we will show you how to do this and the best type of brush
